Q. I have downloaded the program, but the installer is damaged. What to do?
A.
Check your system on viruses and remove them. The setup package checksum check should be passed before software will run. Also that problem can be produced by network errors or interrupts during download. 

Q. Demo version do not show any files in my damaged ZIP archive. Could the purchased version repair more ?
A. Demo version of ZIP eRepair tool shows all items which can be recovered with the full version. It means that neither demo nor full version can't help in your case.

Q. Why Demo version of eRepair ZIP was able to show me the content of damaged ZIP, but the purchased version did not find any files in ZIP archive ?
A.
The eRepair ZIP tool is working as it was. Something happens with your ZIP file prior software purchase. You can install the demo version of eRepair ZIP to another computer, transfer damaged file to it and check that it will not find any files in your ZIP archive because it was changed.

Q. Can i obtain the eRepair ZIP license for free ? A. The eRepair ZIP is commercial version. You can use our free eRepair ZIP demo for tryout.
